Every plan starts the same way

There is no plan selection before the trial. Download LogosPilot, run it for 30 days with everything included, and decide afterwards. No account and no payment details are required to start.

Choosing the right plan

The honest version, including when the cheaper option is the right one. We would rather you were on the correct plan for five years than the expensive one for six months.

Essentials is right if…

You run one location.
You run LogosPilot on one booth machine, or a booth machine and a spare.
You are comfortable installing software and following documentation.
You do not need someone to plan the deployment with you.

This describes most churches

One building, one desk at the back, one or two people who run it. If that is you, start on Essentials. Moving up later takes minutes and costs nothing in disruption.

Professional is right if…

You need LogosPilot activated on more machines than Essentials allows — a booth machine, a stage machine, a rehearsal machine, a spare.
You run more than one service a week and cannot wait a business day for an answer.
More than one person needs to be able to run the system.

The honest test is the device count. If you can run everything you need on the machines Essentials allows, Professional will not make LogosPilot do anything more — the capabilities are identical.

Enterprise is right if…

You run multiple campuses that each need their own installation.
You need one license administered centrally rather than separately per site.
Your organization requires a signed commercial agreement, a procurement process, or invoicing terms.
You want help planning the deployment before you begin.

Most churches do not need Enterprise

Enterprise is a deployment model, not a better version of the product. It exists for organizations whose size or procurement rules require it. If none of the four points above describes you, Enterprise is the wrong choice and we will say so if you ask.

If you are unsure, start lower

Changing plan does not require a reinstall, does not affect your content or settings, and does not interrupt a service if it happens while one is running. The cost of starting too low is a few minutes later. The cost of starting too high is money you did not need to spend.

Why this table is short

A long comparison grid usually exists to make a higher plan look necessary. LogosPilot does not gate capabilities by plan, so there is nothing to list. The last row is the important one.

Monthly and yearly

Every plan is available monthly or yearly. Yearly costs less over twelve months; monthly commits you to less.

Both give you the identical product. The billing period changes nothing about how LogosPilot behaves.

How licensing works

LogosPilot is licensed by desktop host — the Windows machines you activate it on. This is described in full on Licensing help; the summary matters here because it is what the plans differ on.

What happens at each point in a license's life

Activation	Binds the license to one machine and counts against your allowance
Validation	Happens in the background. It never blocks you from starting a service
Moving to another machine	Deactivate the old one, activate the new one. No limit on how often
Deactivation	Frees the allowance immediately
Renewal	Extends the license without a reinstall. Content and settings untouched
Allowance reached	A further activation will not complete until you free one, or contact licensing

Licensing never interrupts a service

A license or lease condition that becomes true during an event is recorded and applied afterwards. It never stops an event in progress and never appears on a display a congregation can see.

If a license lapses, your content is not locked. Existing sermons and recordings remain available to view and export. What is blocked is starting new production.

How buying works today

There is no checkout on this site yet. Licenses are issued by our licensing team, so buying begins with an enquiry rather than a card form. We would rather tell you that than let you find it at the end.

If your trial is running out while you wait

Tell us. A request made before your trial ends is not going to leave you without a working system on a Sunday because our process took a few days. Write to licensing@logospilot.com and say when your next service is.
