Enterprise
Enterprise is a deployment model, not a larger version of the product. The software is identical to every other plan. What changes is how it is licensed, deployed and administered across more than one location.
Who this is for
Four situations. If one or more describes you, Enterprise is probably the right route.
- Multiple campuses. Each site needs its own installation, running independently, but you want one license rather than several separate ones.
- Central license administration. One person or team responsible for activations across sites, rather than each site managing its own.
- Procurement requirements. Your organization needs a signed agreement, a purchase order, invoicing terms, or a vendor review before software can be adopted.
- Deployment planning. You want to work through display configuration, broadcast integration and rollout order with us before installing anything.
Who this is not for
Most churches do not need Enterprise
If you run one location, manage your own installations, and can buy software without a procurement process, Essentials or Professional is the right choice and Enterprise will cost you more for no additional capability.
We will tell you this if you enquire. It is a shorter conversation than selling you something you do not need and losing you in a year.
What Enterprise includes
Enterprise adds commercial and operational arrangements. It adds no software capability, because there is none to add — every plan already includes everything LogosPilot does.

The last two rows are deliberate
A product that can be bent by whoever pays most becomes unpredictable for everyone else. Every customer runs the same LogosPilot, and every customer gets the same reliability from it.

Tell us how you actually operate.
How many sites, how many machines at each, who administers them, and what your procurement process requires.
We propose terms and a deployment plan.
Including the device allowance we think matches your operation — and we will tell you if a standard plan would serve you better.
Agreement, invoice, license.
You receive a license key and activate it across your sites.
If timing matters, say so
If you have a date you need to be running by — a campus launch, a conference, the end of a trial — tell us in your first message and we will work to it rather than discovering it later.
What Enterprise does not change
Every boundary that applies to Essentials applies here identically. Scale does not unlock anything, because nothing is locked.
LogosPilot runs the room, not the office.
Enterprise does not add service planning, volunteer scheduling, attendance, membership, giving or accounting. Your church management system does that, at any size.
LogosPilot drives your production software. It does not replace it.
Multi-campus broadcast still runs through your production software at each site. LogosPilot is not an encoder and does not host video.
LogosPilot displays Scripture. It never writes it.
This does not change with plan, scale or agreement. Passage text is retrieved and displayed exactly as published, never generated.
Licensing is by desktop host.
Enterprise covers more machines across more sites under one agreement. The underlying model is the same device-based licensing described on Licensing help.

Write to sales@logospilot.com. There is no form, and nothing is required before we will answer you.
Useful to include, though none of it is required:
- How many sites, and roughly how many machines at each
- Whether you have run the trial yet
- Anything your procurement process requires from a vendor
- A date you need to be running by, if there is one
We will tell you if you do not need Enterprise
If a standard plan fits what you described, we will say so and point you at it. That is a better outcome for both of us than the alternative.
