Displays

Display symptoms
What you see	Most likely cause	What to do
A display is missing from the list	It was connected after LogosPilot opened	Connect all displays, then restart LogosPilot
The congregation display is blank	Output was cleared, or nothing is assigned to that role	Check the output assignment for that display role
The wrong content is on a display	Two roles are assigned to the same output	Review the display role assignments

Scripture

Scripture symptoms
What you see	Most likely cause	What to do
Nothing appears when a passage is read	The match was not confident enough to display	This is intended. Use manual search to select the passage
Detection stopped during a service	The audio source was lost	Check the audio input. Manual control is unaffected
A passage will not load	The Scripture provider is unreachable	Cached passages remain available. Manual entry still works

Nothing displayed is a decision, not a failure

When LogosPilot is not confident it identified a reference correctly, it displays nothing. A blank screen is recoverable; wrong Scripture in front of a congregation is not.

Broadcast and recording

Broadcast and recording symptoms
What you see	Most likely cause	What to do
Broadcast will not connect	A version other than the certified one, or the control port is blocked	Check the version against certified versions
The broadcast connection dropped mid-service	Network interruption	Local presentation is unaffected. The connection retries
A recording did not finalize	The session ended unexpectedly	Recoverable audio is preserved. Contact support with the session date

Startup and licensing

Startup and licensing symptoms
What you see	Most likely cause	What to do
Activation will not complete	The device allowance is fully used	Licensing help
Windows warns the publisher is unknown	The download did not complete, or the file was altered	Verify the installer before running it
The installer will not run	An unsupported Windows version	Check system requirements
