Start with the documentation

Writing to the wrong address is not a problem

We route it and answer from the right place. You will not be asked to resend it somewhere else.

If a service is at risk

If something is preventing an event from running — an activation that will not complete, a machine that has failed, a display that will not come back — say so in the first line of your message.

We treat anything that could stop a service differently from anything that cannot. A billing question on a Saturday is still a billing question; an activation failure on a Saturday is not.

Security is a separate route

If you believe an installer was altered, a signature is invalid, or you have found a vulnerability, use security@logospilot.com rather than support. Read the responsible disclosure policy.
