Multiple speakers, multiple sessions, one workflow. Scripture may be central or barely used — the way you run the room does not change either way.

The environment

A conference is a series of live spoken events with different speakers and different content, run by a team that has to prepare each one the same way.

Guest speakers arrive with their own material and their own habits. The workflow has to accommodate that without being reconfigured between sessions.

Scripture is optional here, and that is fine. A session that never references a passage uses exactly the same display, recording and broadcast path as one that does.

There is no event type to select and nothing to configure differently per session.

Applicable capabilities

These are the same capabilities every LogosPilot install has. Nothing below is specific to this environment — only the emphasis is. The capability list is defined here.

  • Multi-display output. A main screen, a stage display for the speaker and a confidence monitor can each carry different content.
  • Presentation rendering. Existing presentation files can be rendered and driven alongside Scripture content.
  • Audio recording. Every session captured and finalized with a checksum.
  • Certified broadcast integration. Program content to OBS Studio or vMix at the exact versions listed below.

What LogosPilot does not do

Calling this page “events” risks implying event management. It is not that, and the distinction is worth stating plainly.

LogosPilot supports the presentation, not the event.

It does not handle registration, ticketing, attendee lists, scheduling, room booking, speaker management or venue management. Those belong to event-management software, and LogosPilot does not attempt any of them.

LogosPilot drives your production software. It does not replace it.

Encoding, switching and streaming stay where they belong — in the production software your team already runs.

LogosPilot displays Scripture. It never writes it.

Where a session does use Scripture, passage text is retrieved from the licensed translation and displayed exactly as published. When a match is not confident, nothing is displayed.

LogosPilot is a Windows application.

It runs on the machine at the desk, not in a browser, and it keeps running when the venue network does not.
